Return Policy 

You may cancel your order anytime before the items are shipped for a full refund or credit back to your account.  We will send you an email update on the day your order is shipped. Once the items have been shipped you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid.  Just send them back to us in their original (or comparable) packaging.  Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is the result of our error.  Please inspect your items upon delivery.  All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition for full refund. Worn or washed T-shirts or other garments will be replaced only if the product is shown to be defective.  If you are unhappy with your purchases for any reason or have any questions about our guarantee and/or return policies please feel free to contact us at DolphinTrainer01@aol.com.
